JOB ROLE

·         To manage the product team.

·         To manage the relationship with external fund houses which are product manufacturers.

·         To implement relevant strategic & tactical management initiatives.

·         To support the channel by assisting them with timely reverts on their MIS related queries.

·         To analyze and data mine to generate relevant reports and outputs which impact business decisions

·         To manage product related MIS & analytics.

·         To be a key driver of MF data analytics in TPP Team and generate important reports.

·         To assist the Regional Heads to meet the product targets.

·         Working closely with the Branch Channel to help PCG- Branch cross sell products.

·         Portfolio analysis for existing & prospective clients.

·         Regular training of PCG RM’s & dealers.

·         Conceptualize, launch and track Team building activities/exercises in line with the Business requirements

Job Requirements:

·         Post graduate with relevant work experience in managing TPP Products.

·         Need to have an understanding of Investment products in Wealth space.

·         To have analytical skills to work on large data and derive meaningful insights/evaluate various product ideas to present quickly to the channel

·         Excellent Inter personal skills and ability to work across departments and ability to drive results without hierarchical reporting

·         To have an eye for details, meticulous and be creative.

·         To comply with internal compliances & satisfactorily complete internal as well as external audit requirements

·         Need to have good communication skills, be very approachable and should have the ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders.

·         To follow best practices of industry, code of conducts and satisfy all regulatory requirements needed from time to time.
