Job Description • Tie up with corporates and companies for placement of students. • Prepare resumes and conduct interviews with all students and aid all graduates and review all procedures of placement department. • Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through phone, email and meetings. • Connect students to employers by facilitating interviews, matching students to internship sites, and assisting with job placement. • Coordinate with career guidance staff to establish students’ goals and assess readiness for employment. • Provide work placement information to employers and representatives • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for job placement and work- based learning opportunities • Supervise the receiving of job orders from employers; match students and graduates to jobs and maintain records of students and graduates placed in jobs. • Establish and maintain relationships with area employers, job placement agencies. • Research job market trends and requirements. Desired Candidate Profile • IMMEDIATE JOINING • Experience and knowledge of Ed Tech • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written • Counselling techniques, both individually and group. • Expertise in Microsoft Office • Operate Business-related software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. • Attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality. • High integrity and ethical standards. • Charismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personality • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills • Record-keeping techniques Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
