We are a Data / Technology organization operating at the intersection of Risk, Data, Analytics, and AI, serving Banks and Financial Services institutions. As our client engagements grow in scale and complexity, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant who can own and orchestrate the end-to-end proposal and presentation process.

This role sits at the crossroads of sales, product, and marketing, and is critical in shaping how our solutions are communicated to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Coordination & Management
    • Own the end-to-end creation of client proposals, working closely with sales, product, analytics, and delivery teams
    • Manage proposal development as mini-projects, ensuring timelines, inputs, and quality standards are met
  • Presentation & Deck Creation
    • Translate technical and business inputs into clear, structured, and compelling PowerPoint presentations
    • Customize decks for different client segments within banking and financial services
  • Content & Knowledge Repository
    • Build and maintain a structured repository of client proposals, pitch decks, and solution collateral
    • Ensure content is reusable, searchable, and available at short notice for future opportunities
  • Marketing Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure proposals include latest messaging, product updates, and branding
    • Support the creation of video-based collaterals and client-facing content alongside marketing
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to standardize proposal formats, storytelling frameworks, and visual presentation styles

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Proposal Management role within a technology company
  • Experience working on RFPs, RFIs, and large enterprise proposals
  • Basic understanding of Banking and Financial Services, with exposure to:
    • Credit Risk, Analytics, Data Platforms, AI/ML solutions (preferred)
    • Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance domains
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills — ability to build executive-ready decks independently
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint or similar content management tools
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage parallel workstreams
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or risk technology used in BFSI
  • Exposure to client-facing roles or sales support in B2B tech
