Principal Engineer - VBCS

Key Responsibilities: 

Design, develop, and deploy custom web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Develop Redwood UI Extensions for Oracle Fusion Applications to enhance user experience and functionality.

Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and modern web interfaces following Oracle design standards.

Work with Git/GitHub for source code management, version control, and collaboration.

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines in Oracle Visual Builder Studio or external tools for automated builds and deployments.

Integrate applications with REST and SOAP web services and other Oracle Cloud services (SaaS, OIC, and Database).

Analyze business requirements, define to-be processes, and prepare detailed functional and technical designs.

Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate alternative technical solutions and recommend the most efficient approach.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in application development and deployment.

Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and client teams to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions.

Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and support organizational initiatives aimed at digital transformation.
