The Principal Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant is a senior advisory and delivery role responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS solutions. This role combines deep functional expertise in HR and Payroll with hands-on technical capabilities, guiding customers through complex transformations, including hybrid and cloud (Fusion HCM) integrations.
