OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE/ ASSOCIATE Job Description: • Performing basic admin duties including printing, scanning, sending emails, etc. • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. • Maintaining clients KYC. • Preparing end to end documents for Share transfers. • Preparation of con_rmation letters and other documents required and transferring shares to the client. • Organizing sta_ meetings and updating calendars. • Assisting and supporting management. • Updating client’s portfolio as per the sales and purchase. Qualifications: • Bachelors in any field • Min 2 years of experience in relevant field. Skills: • Proficient with MS word, Excel & PowerPoint and General Functional usage of PC with above average typing speed • Fluent with English language • Knowledge Driven • Aware and sound understanding about Financial Markets Experience: 2 to 4 years Employment: Full time, Permanent Gender Preferred: No preference Notice Period: Max 1 month Salary: 25-30 K Location: Andheri East
