Description
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant - PM
- Minimum 8-10 years of Experience with 3-4 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Module
- Previous experience in Oracle HRMS is preferable
- Should have at least 2-3 Implementation projects as Technical Consultant
- Strong solution designing skills with solid understanding of integration impact on other modules and other applications
- Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts
- HDL, SHDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Integration, Fast Formulas
- Core Oracle Applications (EBS HCM) tech stack SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, Workflows, APIs, BEPL, Java, ADF, BI Publisher
- Having knowledge on OIC,PCS, Web services Dashboards tools
- Should have done to end to end implementation/support for three or more of the below modules of Fusion HCM

- Implementation and Support of Oracle HCM modules as a Technical Consultant
- Clear and effective communication skills – both Verbal and Written
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and offer advices to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers
- Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities
- Strong learning orientation so you keep abreast of the emerging business models/processes, applications product solutions, product features, technology features and use this learning to deliver value to customers on a daily basis
- High flexibility so you remain agile in a fast changing business and organizational environment
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities
