What would you do? We are seeking an experienced Supplier Maintenance Processor to manage supplier master data and ensure accurate creation, modification, and maintenance of supplier records in the system. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of procurement/finance processes, and experience working with ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain supplier/vendor master data in ERP systems (such as Oracle, etc.). Review supplier onboarding documents to ensure compliance with company policies. Validate supplier details including bank information, tax details, and legal documentation. Process supplier requests such as new supplier setup, modifications, and deactivations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier data to avoid payment or procurement issues. Coordinate with procurement, finance, compliance, and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies. Perform regular data quality checks and audits on supplier records. Maintain documentation and follow internal control and compliance standards. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supplier maintenance efficiency. Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
