What would you do? Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance, delivery schedules, past due cases.• Liaise with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues if any.• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly.Order Tracking and Management:• Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
What are we looking for? •Responsible for executing defined scope of work agreed with the client and making sure the SLA & KPI targets are consistently met. • Ensure effective customer and supplier relationships and support the business needs. • Accountable for maintaining quality and service standards for the project and delivery continual improvement. • Understand incoming requests, check quality requirements, follow up with requester where required (by phone, email) to ensure specifications of the Purchase Requisitions.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
