Summary: As a Procurement Practice Representative, you will deliver procurement and category management services that encompass strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, and supplier performance management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that procurement processes are efficient and effective, while also engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. You will analyze supplier performance metrics and work towards optimizing procurement strategies to achieve organizational goals, ensuring that all procurement activities align with best practices and compliance standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on procurement strategies. - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Sourcing. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. - Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making. - Familiarity with contract negotiation and management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Sourcing. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
