Product Delivery Manager - Payments, Data

Join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of Payments Digital and Design, shaping the future of data product delivery.  As a Product Delivery Manager in Payments Digital and Design team, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of critical data initiatives, serving as the central point of contact for innovative data solutions that elevate customer experiences and operational performance. You will manage dependencies, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the seamless implementation of strategic projects.
Job responsibilities
  • Leads the end-to-end delivery of data products, including data pipelines, data models, APIs, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
  • Develops and maintains processes for intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, feasibility assessments, and performance reporting.
  • Facilitates Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to coordinate execution, drive delivery outcomes, and ensure roadmap alignment.
  • Oversees and executes change management activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drives strategic initiatives within the Digital Data Product group, keeping senior leadership informed of progress and key developments.
  • Collaborates with the Data Product team to define well-scoped initiatives, build robust business cases, and establish KPIs to measure impact.
  • Fosters cross-functional alignment by communicating priorities and progress to stakeholders.
  • Prepares and leads executive meetings, providing management insights, analyses, and updates to support strategic decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Partners with cross-functional leaders across the firm to align on roadmap prioritization and technology strategies.
  • Works closely with Go-to-Market and Product Marketing teams to drive product adoption and usage.

     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital and data product initiatives (e.g., data pipelines, APIs, AI/ML-driven solutions).
  • Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Frameworks and delivery processes.
  • Experience with product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • Experience in product development lifecycle, design principles, and data operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and remove delivery blockers.
  • Previous experience in consulting or business management is a plus.
