Role

• The individual in this position demonstrates understanding of the basic principles of Microbiology and various test methods.
• Handle the culture data base, regulatory needs, EHS, hygiene of Microbiology lab
• Efficacy evaluation, microbiological studies, Challenge tests
• Under guidance, plans and performs Microbiology laboratory assignments, customer trials, tests and assembles experimental apparatus, and operates various machines and testing equipment in evaluation of products. 
• Individual must apply and interpret standard scientific theories, concepts and techniques. 
• Records experimental data, makes calculations and presents data covering work. 
• Regularly communicates progress of and requirements to complete assigned work with manager and project teams. 
• Keep Lab records and maintain instruments.

• Conversant with Microbiology test and methods
• Develops test procedures for Microbiology tests
• Document product design and performance specifications.
• Run Microbiology laboratory experiments independently
• Trouble shooting of  Microbiology Lab equipments
• Compliance of  Microbiology laboratory Safety
• Maintain hygiene in  Microbiology lab and use tools like 5S

Qualification & Experience

• M.Sc (Fresh/1-3 yrs)

experience in Microbiology tests and Microbiology lab practices.
