JOB ROLE:

• Building a proposition for Current Account for Privy League Programme

• Competition benchmarking analysis

• Evaluating and implementing various customer experience enhancement projects for the above clients

• Ensuring ROI on the built proposition and channel adoption

• Book Management including upgrades and downgrades basis programme tier eligibility

• Driving x-sell, Relationship Value increase, Net Promoter Score on the Current account Privy League customer base

• Ensuring regular MIS to channel and senior management

• Reevaluating proposition if required and quick turnaround

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of RL processes, rules and regulations

• Strong understanding of the Current account requirements by HNIs

• Prior experience in programme/ product management would be an added advantage

• Understanding target audience and coming up with innovative ways to engage

• Experience in product / channel related to Privy, understanding systems of Kotak would be an added advantage
