**Role Overview:**

The Product Manager – LAP will be responsible for driving digital transformation across Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and overall mortgage processes. The role requires deep understanding of the LAP product lifecycle, ability to conceptualize and build AI-driven use cases, streamline processes to improve TAT, and manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and CRM.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead end-to-end digital product development for LAP, including LOS and LMS enhancements.

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and reduced TAT.

• Conceptualize, design, and implement AI/ML use cases across mortgage lifecycle — lead management, underwriting, decisioning, document verification, and operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Ops, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Policy, CRM) to gather requirements and drive product roadmap.

• Work closely with technology partners, vendors, and internal engineering teams for product delivery.

• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across all product and process changes.

• Conduct market benchmarking and ensure product competitiveness.

• Monitor product performance through data insights and drive corrective initiatives.

• Lead UAT, rollout planning, change management, and post-go-live support.

**Required Skills & Competencies:**

• Experience in LAP or mortgage products within NBFC/Banks.

• Strong knowledge of LOS/LMS platforms and digital lending workflows.

• Ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven process automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder and project management capabilities.

• Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in mortgages.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualification & Experience:**

• 2 years of experience in Product Management within lending domain.

• MBA/PGDM or relevant professional qualification.
