Product Manager-POS-HO & SUPPORT-POS (Point of Sale)

The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for driving portfolio health and growth within the Merchant Acquiring business. This role focuses on ensuring active engagement with merchants, optimizing product holding, and improving activation metrics. The candidate will also identify revenue opportunities within the existing portfolio while managing portfolio rationalization by weeding out inactive merchants.

 

• Monitor and enhance portfolio engagement through regular analysis of merchant activity.
• Drive product holding and activation metrics to ensure merchants are utilizing the full suite of offerings.
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue from existing merchants by upselling solutions like CC on UPI, EMI, DCC and Same Day Settlements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct periodic reviews to identify inactive merchants.
• Implement strategies for portfolio clean-up to maintain an active and profitable merchant base.
• Track portfolio performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, activation, and revenue metrics for senior management.
• Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on portfolio strategies.

 

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years in Merchant Acquiring, Payments, or Portfolio Management.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel.
  • Ability to drive initiatives independently and deliver results.
