Product Manager - Vendor and Buyer Finance

Product Manager - Vendor & Buyer Finance - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM

Major Deliverables: 

• Product Development & Structuring 

1. Design and structure financing products across working capital (CC/OD, BG, LC), term loans, supply chain finance, and bespoke structured products. 
2. Evaluate customer needs and market trends to build competitive and compliant offerings.
3. Prepare and present detailed product notes and internal approval documents. 

• Portfolio Management: 

1. Manage existing Anchor – Group & non-Group. To penetrate further in existing Anchor base to increase wallet size. 
2. Acquire new anchors, product knowledge & track performance of existing products across disbursements, yield and delinquency. 
3. Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and support tactically. Manage all Product Programmes in line with the market and anchor & spoke requirements. 
4. Liaise with Credit and Risk to monitor product. 

• Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement 

1. Conduct benchmarking with peer banks and financial institutions. 
2. Develop new Anchors and product decks for RMs and client-facing teams.
3. Provide structuring support to RMs for complex deal proposals.
