Product Manager-Vishwas-Product Manager
➢Handle end to end Foreclosure and Rate Reduction activities for Vishwas Home Loan and LAP.➢Engage with customers intending to close or transfer loans and offer customized solution for retaining customers.➢Co-ordinate with credit, Technical ,sales and operation team for approvals and ensure timely closure of SR within TAT .➢Track and maintain foreclosure pipeline, MIS , retention success ratio and drop-off analysis.➢Be able to solve business problems and recommend solution➢Handle end to end Foreclosure and Rate Reduction activities for Vishwas Home Loan and LAP.➢Engage with customers intending to close or transfer loans and offer customized solution for retaining customers.➢Co-ordinate with credit, Technical ,sales and operation team for approvals and ensure timely closure of SR within TAT .➢Track and maintain foreclosure pipeline, MIS , retention success ratio and drop-off analysis.➢Be able to solve business problems and recommend solution➢Basic Understanding of mortgages product like Home Loan and LAP.➢Excellent Negotiation and customer retention skills.➢Proficiency in MIS and Excel.➢Good interpersonal and relationship building skillsExperience Level
