Product Owner- Servicing CRM

  • Contribute to the product vision and work together closely with the product manager of  other servicing products to define the right product roadmap based on business demand. 
  • Manage the requirements (business, functional, non-functional) from the request to service area within the team backlog and work closely together with the different teams to deliver value in continuous releases. 
  • Scrutinize each requirement with the lens of customer impact. Make sure to make and keep the product simple to learn and use.
  • Make sure all deployments are scalable. Not get overwhelmed by multiple requirements and define product backlog by keeping customer impact and simplicity.
  • Reach out to product managers of other products and get/share inputs impacting customer experience and servicing.
  • Build excellent relationship with all stakeholders and develop a culture of joint ownership
