Below brief overview deliverables: •

Stakeholder Management & Project Management: o Collaborate with all internal & external stakeholders (As Applicable) for timely data collation. In some cases, Global stakeholders’ collaboration required. o Dashboarding to track the pending as well as outcome status o Escalation management (As Applicable) for timely delivery

Data Driven Decision Making:

o Making a monthly / weekly plan in align with delivery plan at the India level ▪ Scope Coverage – Ops KPIs, Transactions, Cost tracking (Opex, Capex etc), freight analysis, delivery performance, inventory planning etc o Collation of data from different internal applications (i.e. Operations), data streamlining, validation, analysis to derive meaningful inferences for management to take actions o Data Accuracy & integrity – To ensure quality & accuracy of data o Data Visualization & Reporting: ▪ Converting the analysis in visual form (i.e. Power BI & other enablers), quick inference for right decision making by leadership team ▪ Fact presentation to management ▪ Predictive analysis model

Knowledge Management (KM) - Creation of central repository & KM data base for team to refer

Financial Enablers:

o Assist function head to prepare budget in collaboration with all internal stakeholders (i.e. Regional Operations Leadership Team, Warehouse In-Charges etc) o Budget Vs Cost tracking, LEAD Indicator tracking

Education:

o Data Science / MBA (Operations) / Engineering graduate preferred o Certification program (Full Time) in “Data Analyst” would be advantage

Technical Competencies:

o Must Have: ▪ Practical exposure in Data Analysis, data visualization (Power BI or similar), Predictive analysis, SQL (Structured Query Language) ▪ ERP understanding & Cost Saving mindset o Good to Have – Certification in Supply Chain, PM tools etc o Nice to Have – Certification in Project Management, LEAN Six Sigma (GB)
