Program Lead-Affluent-AFFLUENT-Program & MIS

  1. Responsibilities: Program Lead-Affluent

Grade: M7

  • Develop, plan, and execute go to market campaigns tailored for HNI clients, focusing on their unique financial and lifestyle needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, data analytics, and digital marketing) to identify customer insights and design targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the budget allocated for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
  • Closely work with product and proposition teams to Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with service providers  (e.g., luxury travel, lifestyle, wellness, and investment firms) to enhance HNI offerings.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure seamless service delivery and mutual business growth.
  • Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences tailored to the preferences of HNI clients.
  • Work with Relationship Managers to promote campaigns and partnerships effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback to refine offerings and maintain the highest levels of service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to track customer behavior, campaign impact, and alliance performance.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, client engagement metrics, and partnership success.
  • Use insights to recommend strategies for future campaigns and collaborations.
