What You’ll Do:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of critical programs across multiple departments
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, long-term process improvements
• Develop structured, data-backed problem-solving frameworks
• Define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics — and report progress to senior leadership
• Build and maintain trackers, playbooks, and SOPs for repeatable success
• Benchmark internal performance against industry best practices

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Proven success managing large, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Experience in building scalable systems and tools to support operations
