Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
