ACCOUNTABILITIES 

ACTIVITIES 

Coordinate with internal and external agencies.

 Identify and highlight the issues affecting project progress, and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure smooth and timely flow of information among stakeholders.

Ensure macro and micro project/ activity schedules. 

Coordinate with other agencies to synchronise the schedules. 

Monitoring of schedules and timelines and red flagging the issues. 

Expediting         the        engineering,      procurement, and construction activities. 

Support to Identify and coordinate Infrastructure and enabling works requirements. 

Monitoring overall progress and use of resources.

Coordinate with external and internal agencies for the same

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support commissioning activities

Identify project risks, highlight the same and work out the contingency/mitigation plans

Analytical approach to problem solving and identifying potential solutions

Applying change control and configuration management processes.

Initiate approval for the change control and configuration management with proper justification.

Collect relevant information from stakeholders and reports. 

Maintain project progress and milestones database.

1. Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals & plans; conferring with Project Manager 
2. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards 
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required rate of progress of project work.
4. Flexible and adaptable approach, willing to take new work challenges with accountability

1. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering  

2. Preferably PMP certified
