Job Description

·         As a Project Manager, associate will manage end-to-end ERP Implementation in the area of Payroll. Associate will carry out and manage all phases to the project from Scoping, Blue printing to Go-Live.

·         Roll out of RFP, Finalizing best suited vendor for implementation and defining technical and functional scope

·         Liasoning with functional team, gathering requirements, understanding payroll and taxes complexity analyzing the process and defining standard To-be process

·         Monitoring project progress regularly, alerting on delays/ issues for resolution

·         Ensuring state of art implementation for model payroll and user training for smooth Go-live

·         Defining on-going SLAs and control framework post Go-Live

 

Required Skill Set

·         Proficiency in ERP Implementation and knowledge of Europe payroll taxes

·         End to end project management and SAP S4 HANA Payroll Implementation Experience

Education Prerequisite

·         Educational background from premium Institute / University and Finance/ Tax knowledge
