• Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures for civil and façade works
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on QA/QC matters
• Review project specifications and blueprints to identify quality requirements
• Lead internal quality improvement initiatives and training programs
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for senior management
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in QA/QC
• Resolve quality-related disputes and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure that all civil and façade works meet safety and environmental standards

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Proven track record in QA/QC roles for civil and façade projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
