What would you do? The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for driving quality excellence across digital marketing deliverables by defining QA standards, leading quality reviews. and embedding a strong quality-first mindset within the production ecosystem. This role acts as a subject matter expert for quality in digital marketing production, ensuring all outputs meet client brand, regulatory, and technical requirements before release. The role requires hands-on quality validation, stakeholder collaboration. and leadership in improving QA processes across channels such as Emails. eDetails, Banners, Websites, Print and Video. Lead quality assurance activities across end-to-end digital marketing production workflows. Own and govern QA standards. checklists. and validation frameworks for multiple digital channels.\ Serve as the escalation point for quality-related issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution. Partner with Project Managers. Production teams. and Channel SM Es to ensure quality is embedded from brief to delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives based on quality metrics. defect trends, and client feedback.
What are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within Digital Marketing, Creative Production, or Marketing Operations. Strong hands-on expertise in QA for channels such as Emails. eDetails. Banners. Print web. and Video assets. Solid understanding of brand compliance, regulatory requirements (where applicable), and platform-specific standards. Proven ability to work as a senior individual contributor while guiding junior QA resources. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and systemic issues. Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage with stakeholders and challenge quality gaps constructively. Cross-Team Collaboration Quality Assurance & Domain Expertise Strong hands-on QA experience across digital marketing channels including Emails, eDetails, Banners. Websites. Print and Video assets. Deep understanding of end-to-end digital production workflows and quality checkpoints. Expertise in content functional. visual. brand, and regulatory QA validations. Ability to create, maintain, and optimize channel-specific QA checklists, SOPs. and governance frameworks. Experience in defect logging, root cause analysis. and driving corrective and preventive actions Team Lead & Stakeholder Management Skills Proven ability to guide. mentor. and support QA analysts and production team members. Strong collaboration skills to work with Project Managers, Designers, Developers, and Channel SMEs. Ability to influence quality outcomes without direct authority by driving accountability and best practices. Experience handling quality escalations and managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Clear and confident communication skills for providing actionable feedback and quality insights.
Certifications: iSQI CAT Certified Agile Tester - International Software Quality Institute; CSQA-Software Quality Analyst - CSQA; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Asian Institute of Quality Management
Roles and Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive QA reviews of digital marketing assets, including content accuracy, layout functionality. links, tracking, branding, and regulatory compliance. Define, maintain. and enhance QA checklists and SOPs for channels such as Emails. eDetails, Banners. Print Web pages. and Videos. Lead quality governance across projects. ensuring adherence to agreed SL.As. timelines. and quality benchmarks. Act as a quality advisor to Project Managers and Production teams during planning. exerution. and delivery stages. Conduct root cause analysis on quality defects and drive corrective and preventive actions. Track, analyze, and report quality metrics such as defect trends. rework rates, and first-time-right performance. Mentor and guide junior QA analysts through reviews, feedback, and best practices. Support internal and client audits by providing quality documentation, evidence, and process clarity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency and quality enhancements. Ensure knowledge sharing and documentation of quality learnings across the digital marketing production team.
