Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to accelerate delivery and enhance quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. By defining and implementing key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, focusing on test execution and defect resolution to drive continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and processes, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
