A minimum of 1 year of experience is required in a real estate firm.  Freeze terms and conditions with buyer and seller/tenant and owner  Follow up with clients for a visit  Track and record every client need and close the deal  Showing properties to potential buyers and renters  Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships  Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.  Real estate experience minimum 1 year is a must.  should be fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi.  good communication and convincing skills.  Understanding Social Cues.  Ability to Negotiate.  Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.  Good time management abilities.
