What would you do? Primary Responsibilities • Execute end-to-end BGC processes for global hires in compliance with company policy and country-specific regulations. • Validate candidate documentation and escalate discrepancies in a timely manner. • Review and ensure accuracy of completed BGC reports, maintaining high quality standards. • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and data privacy guidelines. Secondary Responsibilities • Draft and manage professional written communications (emails, reports, and updates) for candidates, vendors, and stakeholders. • Conduct verbal communications with candidates, vendors, and regional HR teams to resolve queries and clarify documentation. • Support knowledge sharing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain audit-ready records of BGC checks and validations. NA The strategic and tactical functions within an organization that support and optimize the recruitment process which involves the coordination, standardization, and improvement of various activities related to sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring candidates.
What are we looking for? •Must successfully clear AON/TOF assessments • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English; additional languages a plus). • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams. • Workday (WD) – candidate data management. • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) – reporting and collaboration. • ServiceNow (SNOW) – ticketing, workflow tracking, and escalations.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
