Position: Trainee Recruiter Experience: Fresher Workdays: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Shift Timing: 6:00 pm to 3:30 am (Location: - Thane: On-site) We are looking to hire enthusiastic individuals for the US Recruiter Basic Requisites: 1. Responsibilities: · Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups. · Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements. · Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors. · Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time. · Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till closer.
