Job Description
We are looking for Talented Individuals who can perform end to end recruitment consulting. • Understanding client needs and offering solutions & support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests proposals. • Shortlist candidates based on Clients’ Requirement. • Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting profiles from Job portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and job hunting. • Good understanding of keywords and apply the same while searching resumes. • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders (Managers, HR Managers, Team Members, candidates, etc.) • Work with Hiring Managers timely to ensure the timelines of sourcing are met • Conduct First level screening/interviews and share the right candidates with the clients. • Scheduling job interviews and assisting candidates in the interview process. • Acting as a liaison between our company and the client for candidate follow ups and timely communication updates as and when needed to close the position.
