Job Description

To manage the PF and UAN Helpdesk activities :-> Generate the ESIC IP's on the ESIC Portal for new joiners> Address the employee queries related to PF ESIC thru Amelia Ticket / Email / verbally> Base File Updation> General MIS

Qualifications

> Graduate > Basic MS Office > Functional knowledge of Excel > Knowledge of PF, ESIC will be added advantage
