Job Description

• Candidate with 8-10 years of industry experience and strong hands-on technical skills to support ongoing platform development and maintenance• Proven ability to develop and troubleshoot medium to large-scale, mission-critical applications and software products• Excellent exposure to Object Oriented Design skills using Java/J2ee along with knowledge of:o Java 8 language (Streams, Lambda functions, collections, concurrency/multithreading)o Web Technologies (Spring Boot, MVC, Security, JPA, Hibernate)o Having Angular or React Experienceo Understanding of Database optimization and profilingo Knowledge of SOLID Design patterns/UML• Good hands-on experience with RDBMS like PostgreSQL /MySQL/Oracle/ with the ability to write SQL Queries/Stored Procedures/Triggers/Joins/Views etc.• Must have working experience with at least one Cloud provider (like AWS/Azure) respect to application scalability, performance and security in cloud environments• Good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, static code analysis, documentation, CI/CD, and code reviews.• Knowledge of Microservice architecture and its design patterns• Practical application of software product development standards and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and UML.• Ability to apply design patterns consistently and accurately when building per design requirements• Knowledge of workflow management tools like JBPM/Flowable/Kogito/ngDrawflow is a plus• Experience in leveraging LLM models/GenAI for process automation.• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytic, and troubleshooting skills.• Strong written and oral communication skills are required to effectively engage internal stakeholders and their technical representatives.
