Job Description
- Functional Responsibility
- Have experience in financial/ reporting to regulatory bodies like RBI, CB and automate them for ADF, BRF reporting
- Able to analyze reporting data to ensure compliance with evolving regulations, and collaborate with IT and risk teams
- Good with Client communication and able to handle stake holders
- Experience in Documentation of BRD, FSD and worked has a business knowledge
- Technically sound on SQL or hands on experience on any DB
- Process Adherence
- Review the initial and ongoing development of product
- Responsible for documenting, validating, communicating and coordinating requirements.
- Provide support to business development by preparing proposals, concept presentations and outreach activities
- Maintaining and updating tracker, reviewing test cases, providing training to internal as well as external stakeholders
- Key Responsibilities :
- Report Generation Automation: Documentation of business knowledge to bridge the gap between business user and dev team
- Data Analysis & Validation: Review and analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness, reconciling regulatory software balances with the General Ledger
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with changing regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates to reporting processes.
- Client Management / Stakeholder Management
- Interact with clients in relation to assignment execution and manage operational relationships effectively
- Interact with client for requirement gathering, issue tracking, change request discussion, FRD writing and preparing project status reports

- People Development
- Co-ordinate with assignment-specific team of consultants, developers, QA and monitor performance to ensure timely and effective delivery
