As a Relationship Manager-Affluent, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of affluent clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships. Your role is to understand their financial needs, provide expert advice, and offer customized solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales growth in the regional market.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized approach.

• Collaborate with product specialists and other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all client interactions.
• Participate in marketing and networking events to expand the client base.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those catering to affluent clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
• Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude.
