Hiring Store / Restaurant Manager for QSR Brand Preferably with atleast 4 years as Manager in QSR format Leading the store operations, the team of store partners to create and maintain the brand experience for our customers. The main areas of work of a store manager involves reaching sales targets and increasing profits, dealing with customer service issues, staff management, safety, and security issues. The store manager is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with company guiding principles. Minimum 12th pass (ideally, IHM student or hotel management graduate) Be flexible and be able to work weekend and evening shifts 1-year minimum relevant experience required in hospitality OR QSR environment. Fluent in the English Language Basic understanding of Microsoft applications Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Prepared to work under pressure in this rewarding yet physically demanding role Training will be provided.
