Risk Analytics Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-Risk Analytics

Job Responsibilities-

Working on huge data base pertaining to customer application or behaviour and be able to draw insight and recommend portfolio action

Analysis of customer transactions to be able to find unusual patterns, emerging trend of using wallets or UPI that may indicate risky behaviour

Analyse behaviour at customer level and optimize policies across products at that level

Be able to analysis partner data to recommend strategy of partnership/co-origination program

Be able to analyse digital footsteps to recommend portfolio actions

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

 

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

 

• 8 to 10 years of experience working with Risk and Analytics 
• Should have past experiences working in Fintech’s, Banks, NBFC’s directly or through providing consultancy services.
• Advance working knowledge in Excel, SQL etc. advance knowledge of Python, familiarity with cloud platform (AWS)
• Understanding of unsecured products like credit cards, consumer finance products. Experience of developing solutions for some of these products
• Knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts such as correlation-regression, basics of statistical testing, probability distribution, time series etc.
• Experience of decision tree, supervised and unsupervised ML techniques, predictive analysis, segmentation
• Preferable to have knowledge of NLP, LLM, Deep Learning
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to guide and mentor juniors
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education\Qualification 

Masters or Bachelors (Engineering) degree with mathematical/ statistical background
