Roles & Responsibilities:

•	Develop strategies for business development to help achieve company sales goals in your territory
•	Present and close business at the University level.
•	Assist with managing Student relationships and expectations.
•	Help with developing a rapport with clients and gaining an understanding of their needs
•	Have opportunities for growth and development
•	Identify potential clients in the education space across your territory
•	Reach out to potential clients in a resourceful and engaging way
•	Work in an engaging and dynamic environment focused on impacting education and working collaboratively
•	Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
•	Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
•	Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
•	Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•	Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
•	Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new courses and competition status
•	Presenting the product to prospects – Colleges, Universities and Education institutes. 
•	Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them.
•	Sometimes needs to travel with team within India to Attend Education Fair. 


Desired Candidate Profile: 

•	Preferred female candidate. Candidate should have experience in Education Industry.
•	The candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate with good communication skills. 
•	Well experienced to prepare Power Point Presentations.
•	Proven experience of 2-3 years as a sales Manager.
•	Good at conducting market research and determined to work under pressure and achieve targets. 
•	Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
•	Open to Travel. (Within India)
•	Co-ordination with Clients & Agents. 
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•	Hardworking, Smart working and confident in approach with a positive and go getter attitude. 
•	Notice Period: 15 Days or Less (Immediate joiners preferred). 
•	Location: Andheri East. Candidates from nearby locations preferred.
