Primary Skills

Configure, implement, and maintain SAP APO DP and SNP modules to optimize demand forecasting and supply planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide SAP-based solutions.
Develop statistical models and forecasting techniques within APO DP to improve demand accuracy.
Set up and manage key figures, planning books, macros, and master data in APO DP.
Optimize SNP heuristics, CTM (Capable-to-Match), and optimizer planning to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Integrate SAP APO with other SAP modules like SAP ECC, IBP, and BW for seamless data flow.
Monitor and troubleshoot planning jobs, batch processes, and system performance issues.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
Work closely with IT and functional teams to implement enhancements and system upgrades.
Conduct root cause analysis for planning discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Secondary Skills

Support master data management and ensure data accuracy within SAP APO.
Assist in developing and testing new supply chain strategies.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings for process improvements.
Stay updated on the latest SAP APO advancements and industry trends.
