SAP CRM Functional

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
• Lead workshops, user story creation, and documentation
• Design process flows, data models, and system configurations
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integration
• Manage end-to-end CRM implementations and ensure user adoption
• Uphold data and security compliance standards
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvements

Requirements:

• 6–12 years of CRM consulting experience
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, or Oracle CRM
• Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Management)
• Experience with GAP analysis and effective stakeholder communication
• Proven track record of successful, full-cycle CRM implementations
