Primary Skill

SAP F&R Configuration:Proficiency in configuring SAP F&R modules, including demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization.
Business Process Analysis:Ability to analyse and map business processes to SAP F&R functionalities.
Integration Knowledge:Understanding of integration points between SAP F&R and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
Data Analysis:Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for inventory management.
Project Management:Experience in managing SAP F&R implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring

Secondary Skill

Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming for custom enhancements and troubleshooting.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving abilities to address system issues and optimize performance.
Training and Support:Experience in providing training and support to end-users on SAP F&R functionalities.
Documentation:Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
