SAP IS-U Customer Engagement Consultant

 We're Hiring: SAP IS-U Customer Engagement Consultant with a strong background in Customer Engagement (Customer Service) to be part of our growing Utilities practice.

Experience: 9+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of Customer Engagement/Customer Service solutions in SAP IS-U
• Work on SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects for Utilities clients
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end IS-U solutions
• Play a techno-functional or functional lead role in full-cycle SAP for Utilities implementations
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, build design workshops, and support solution delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 9+ years of SAP IS-U experience with focus on Customer Engagement (CS) or SAP CRM 7.1
• Hands-on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Utilities migration project (preferred)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of S/4HANA architecture, SAP roadmap, and Utilities industry trends
• Experience working in client-facing consulting roles
