As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and implementing security service delivery frameworks.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project workflows.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and risk management strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
