Job Description

Education and Experience: 5+ years of accounting/finance experience required Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting/Finance Experience in Retail NBFC will be preferred Thorough knowledge of the following compliances: IndAS, GST, GAAP, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, Credit Information Company Reporting, CERSAI CKYC. Software Skills: Accounting software like Tally ERP-9, Quickbooks, etc. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Roles and Responsibilities : Preparation and closure of monthly financial statements i.e P&L, Cashflow and Balance Sheet Reconciliation of financial statements and reporting the variances Plan and manage financial and tax audit File all Tax Returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc) and corporate reporting Analyze and report revenue, commission, reimbursements, and expenses Liaison with external agencies like regulators, banks, CA firms if required Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company Preparation of Financials Standalone Balance Sheet. Preparation of Budget & Monthly MIS and variance Analysis Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad hoc requests Working Capital Monitoring. Ensure Legal compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
