Description

We require experienced ASA to lead marketplace operations and product data management for our eCommerce platforms with strong analytical capabilities and technical expertise in automation and process optimization to drive efficiency across different marketplaces.

• Manage end-to-end product onboarding across multiple marketplaces including master data, pricing, and imagery
• Monitor and analyze marketplace KPIs including sales, conversion rates, availability, pricing accuracy, and error resolution metrics
• Support promotions, flash sales, and campaign execution, ensuring accurate pricing and promotional offers
• Identify and resolve pricing, content, and operational issues that impact marketplace performance
• Lead process improvement initiatives and automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Pricing, Digital, and Automation, as well as external marketplace partners
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and SLA adherence across platforms
• Develop automation solutions using Python to streamline repetitive tasks and data processing

• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries on marketplace performance and operational metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketplace operations, eCommerce, or product data management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data validation, advanced formulas)
• Hands-on experience with webshops/marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation and data manipulation
• Proven analytics background with ability to derive actionable insights from marketplace data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with process automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate)
