Requirements :
- 3 - 6 years experience in end to end recruitment
- Excellent Communication skills in English
- Hands on experience using Naukri, Linkedin & other job boards

Role Summary 

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from talent sourcing, candidate engagement, to offer release ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates .
• Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to understand business requirement and attract, seek, assess, and hire the best talent,
