Visit Franchisee mapped at pre-defined frequency and ensure that he is activated in currency · Commodity and also cross sells all the products

To keep the franchisee updated about company policies / products , to groom franchisee with all latest guidelines and enable him to sell multiple products of ASL

Conduct training events for Franchisee and his employees to help the Franchisee to go out and acquire more customers and increase his business.

Responsible for increasing the existing revenue base for Broking & taking reference for new BA’s

To continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market development
