As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital banking experience for our customers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to enhance our digital banking platform, Kotak 811. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to understand their needs and deliver data-driven insights and solutions.

• Lead the design and development of advanced analytics models and algorithms to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and translate them into actionable data science projects.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics initiatives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
• Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and personalized recommendations.
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate the effectiveness of data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into our analytics stack.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all analytics initiatives.

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and tools, including Python, R, and popular ML libraries.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong business acumen.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
