Senior Director - Product & Revenue Strategy, GCS

Role Overview:

GCS is JioStar’s growth engine focused on acquiring and scaling new and mid-market advertisers across digital and cross-screen platforms. The team drives incremental revenue through structured GTM, outcome-led selling, and platform solutioning across Mobile, CTV and omnichannel formats. GCS combines commercial ownership with data, measurement, and ad-tech enablement- making it a high-impact, growth-oriented mandate within JioStar’s revenue architecture.

This role partners closely with leadership on business planning, growth strategy, and operating effectiveness to ensure JioStar maximizes value across its revenue ecosystem.

What will you do?

  • Own the annual operating plan and long range strategic planning cycles for key properties, ensuring alignment with enterprise revenue objectives.
  • Define and oversee growth roadmaps in the lead up to major events, identifying structural levers across segments and platforms.
  • Build market segmentation and advertiser prioritization frameworks to unlock high potential growth cohorts.
  • Identify white space growth opportunities, new revenue pools, and emerging advertiser categories to expand share of market.
  • Shape competitive strategy by evaluating positioning across digital, broadcast, OTT, and sports ecosystems.
  • Drive operating model optimization across revenue functions, improving accountability, planning rigor, and cross functional collaboration.
  • Lead board and executive level strategic discussions, anchored in data driven insights, scenario modelling, and rigorous financial impact assessment.
  • Mentor junior strategy team members and institutionalize structured problem solving and planning discipline.
  • Who should apply for this role?

  • Deep experience in structured strategy development, hypothesis driven problem solving, and executive stakeholder management.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in business case development, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses or leading transformation initiatives in high growth environments.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational altitudes, balancing long term vision with near term execution rigor.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior cross functional leaders.
  • Media or sports ecosystem exposure preferred, though not mandatory.
