Job Overview:

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team. The role will be responsible for developing and executing production schedules in alignment with global demand and available capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual, monthly, and daily production & sales plans based on forecasts and confirmed orders.
• Monitor material requirements, ensure timely availability, and coordinate with Warehouse & QA teams.
• Track production schedules, identify delays, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Drive OTIF dispatch performance through root cause analysis and improvement actions.
• Optimize inventory levels using ABC-XYZ analysis and lean material flow tactics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, and Warehouse for smooth operations and disposal of non-moving stock.
• Ensure data integrity for material master (MOQ, Lot size, safety stock, procurement).
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings and cross-functional discussions to resolve issues and improve efficiency
